In 2011, Table Mountain was voted one of the "Seven New Wonders of Nature of the World". Among the proponents of his inclusion was Desmond Tutu, who said: “It is important for South Africa to win since it is important to us. This vote is apolitical - Table Mountain belongs to all of us - let's show we can win. If we win, we will have every spring in our step". Table Mountain is certainly one of the many reasons why South Africans feel so proud of the beauty of their country.

Weather:

Table town is located in Cape Town in the Southern Hemisphere, so summer season is from December to February, and winter is from June to August and so on. Summer is the most famous and expensive season, when the weather is great and temperatures range between 20 to 25 degrees Celsius, the sun is bright and the sky is clear all the time. The prices of hotels and tourist trips increase during this period, so it is best to avoid visiting the city at the end and beginning of the year. In contrast, the city is free of tourists in the winter season, when the weather is cold and temperatures range between 7 to 10 degrees Celsius with frequent rains, which leads to tourists flocking to visit the city. The best time to visit Cape Town is definitely during the spring (from September to October) and autumn (March to May), when the weather is moderate and temperatures range between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius, prices are low and the number of tourists is lower.
