Best of Jordan: Petra & Wadi Rum

As soon you arrive at the airport in Amman, your tour manager you greet & assist you with the arrival procedures. Then you will be transferred to Jerash, a 30 minutes drive. Start your vacation in Jordan in Jerash where you can see the ruins of the Ancient Roman city, which is the best-preserved in the Middle East. Then, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Amman and overnight.

After breakfast, you will be taken to the hotel to visit Madaba. There, see St. George's Church, which displays a famous mosaic from the 6th century; it is a map of Palestine. 

Next, you will visit Mount Nebo and an old monastery. From there you can overlook the Dead Sea, Jordan Valley, and part of the Holy Land. Afterward, we drive to Aqaba, Check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Aqaba.

On this day of your vacation in Jordan, you will have a fun day in Wadi Rum, one of the most beautiful deserts. Enjoy the landscape, the canyons, and cliffs. Return to the hotel in Aqaba.

Here is the highlight of your vacation in Jordan! You will take a 1.5h drive to Petra, the rose-red city carved in rocks. Petra was built in the 6th century and is considered one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World. 

Enjoy a pleasant walk along the canyon called Siq, and visit the place's most iconic monuments, such as the Treasury, Street of Facades, the Pharaoh's Palace, and others. Return to Amman.

Your Petra Wadi Rum tour reaches its end. Enjoy your breakfast and your last moments in Jordan, then you will be escorted to Amman Airport for your departure.
